Who We Are

Shindig Farms is a family-owned, community-centered farm built around creating traditions that bring people together. We host four signatures seasonal events – Fall Pumpkin Patch & Straw Maze, our Haunted Straw Maze, Winter Lost in Christmas, and Spring Animal Days. Each designed to offer families a place to slow down, explore, and make memories. Everything we do is rooted in connection, local pride, and year-round fun for all ages.

Seasonal Work Details

  • September 12th – October 31st / Monday – Saturday
  • Morning Shifts; Monday-Friday: 9AM – 3:30PM (LIMITED HOURS & DAYS) / (HOURS SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
  • Morning Shifts; Saturday: 9AM – 4PM
  • Evening Shifts; Monday-Saturday: 3:30PM – Closing
  • Age Requirements: 14 – 18
  • Location: Nampa, Idaho
  • Prior experience needed
  • ONLY 5 DAYS
  • Must provide own costume (preferably)
  • Must audition (in person or sent a video)
  • Age Requirements: 14 – 18+
  • Saturdays Only in October
  • Hours: 6 PM – EVERYONE goes through
  • If you work all 5 days; you will receive a bonus at the end
  • Selected days and times
  • Limited workers (will accept previous workers first)
  • November Dates: 20th , 21st , 27th , 28th
  • December Dates: Wednesday – Saturday plus 21st , 22nd , 23rd , 24th
  • January: 2nd
  • Hours: 4PM – CLOSING (ONLY ONE SHIFT)
  • Only previous workers will be hired
  • Dates & Hours subject to change yearly

How To Apply

  • Event

    Look over the Seasonal Work Details. Once you have done that, please choose what event and shift you want to work.

  • Fill out Form

    Fill out our form below. Every section must be filled out. Must have different forms if you are siblings, friends, etc.

  • Wait for us to Respond

    Once you have submitted your form. Please wait a week for a reply that we have received it. Then we will send another reply if you got an interview.

  • Interview

    Once you got a reply that you will to interview with us; please reply back at a decent time or we will move forward with another candidate. (Interview can be in person or facetime)

  • Your working Schedule

    Once you have finished your interview. We will follow up with you if you got the job or not and we will also send your schedule with it along with the orientation meeting that you have to be present.
