These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of Shindig Farms (“Shindig Farms,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our property, attractions, events, and website. By entering Shindig Farms property, purchasing tickets, participating in activities, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Shindig Farms is an agritourism venue. Participation in agritourism activities involves inherent risks. By visiting our property, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with outdoor, agricultural, and recreational activities.

1. Assumption of Risk

By entering Shindig Farms property, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Agritourism activities involve inherent and unavoidable risks, including but not limited to:
    • Uneven ground, mud, holes, rocks, and natural terrain
    • Animals and animal behavior
    • Slides, ziplines, swings, and other recreational structures
    • Straw structures, hay bales, and climbing features
    • Tractors, wagons, and farm equipment
    • Weather conditions, including wind, rain, heat, and cold
    • Crowds, noise, and other guests’ actions
  • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur during your visit.
  • Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising minors at all times.

2. Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Shindig Farms, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Accidents or incidents arising from participation in any activity
  • Injuries resulting from negligence of other guests
  • Injuries resulting from inherent risks of agritourism activities

By entering the property, you waive, release, and discharge Shindig Farms from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your visit, except where prohibited by law.

3. Safety Requirements

Guests must comply with all posted signs, verbal instructions, and safety rules. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in removal from the property without refund.

Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

  • Running in restricted areas
  • Climbing on structures not designated for climbing
  • Entering animal enclosures
  • Tampering with equipment or attractions
  • Reckless or dangerous behavior

Shindig Farms reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who poses a safety risk.

4. Ticketing & Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • No refunds are issued for weather, early departure, or failure to follow rules.
  • Shindig Farms may close attractions or the entire venue due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs.
  • Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.

5. Photography, Video, and Media Release

By entering Shindig Farms property, you grant Shindig Farms the perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty‑free right to:

  • Photograph, film, or record you and your party
  • Use such media for promotional, advertising, operational, or commercial purposes
  • Publish or distribute such media without further permission, notice, or compensation

This includes use on social media, websites, print materials, and digital advertising.

Cameras are not placed in restrooms or other areas where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists.

6. Personal Belongings

Shindig Farms is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
  • Items dropped in attractions, fields, or restricted areas

Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and remain aware of their surroundings.

7. Website & Online Services

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Not engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
  • Comply with all applicable laws

Website content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Conduct Expectations

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, animals, and other guests. Harassment, aggression, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Shindig Farms reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for:

  • Safety concerns
  • Violation of rules
  • Intoxication or disorderly conduct
  • Behavior that threatens property, staff, or other guests

10. Changes to Terms

Shindig Farms may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the property or website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
